Under this scheme, initially only 30% payment of the total cost of flat booked is to be deposited and the balance 70% payment can be paid through easy monthly installments in 5 years, so that every such employee can own his/her house.
1. In the first phase, the Society is beginning this scheme in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida , Noida extension .
2. The second phase will be covering all zones of Northern Railway such as Firojpur Moradabad, Ambala, Bareilly, Lucknow, Agra and Kanpur.
The demand survey in aforesaid areas has already been started.

How You Register

Registration Process

Any EWS & LIG personnel can apply under this scheme by filling up the application form (Form Cost Rs. 100/-) along with Cheque /Demand Draft of Rs. 5,100/- as registration fees issued in favour of "Railway Employee Welfare Society."
The allotment of flats will be based on lucky draw process.
Successful applicants, after lucky draw result, will be informed through allotment letter.
For all other applicants, except mentioned in Point 3, the registration amount will be refunded in 2 months.
In case of cancellation of allotment, there will be no such refund.

Payment Process

Successful applicants have to submit the 15% amount of the total cost within 15 days from the date of allotment
Further 15% amount is to be deposited within 45 days from the date of allotment
The allotment of flats will be based on lucky draw process
The rest 70% amount is to be paid by EMIs in next 5 years.
If an applicant wishes to get financial assistance/Loan from Bank/Financial Institute, they can do so
